Monkey Shoulder is a blended malt combining three Speyside single malts. Crafted for modern mixology, it ages in ex-bourbon casks to develop a smooth, approachable character.
Tasting Notes
Buttery toffee, orange marmalade, and warm malt aromas. The palate is rounded and smooth, with soft spice and malt biscuit flavors. A mellow finish with honeyed notes invites repeat sips.
Serving Suggestion
Excellent in whisky-based cocktails like the Whisky Sour or Manhattan. Equally enjoyable neat or over a big ice cube with a zest of orange.
