Origin & Production: This Speyside single malt begins maturation in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before finishing in Oloroso sherry casks sourced from Spain. The sherry cask influence enriches Glen Moray’s signature light style with depth, sweetness, and complexity.
 

Tasting Notes: The nose presents dried fruits, sultanas, and figs, layered over honeyed malt and hints of warm spice. On the palate, rich fruitcake, orange peel, and dark chocolate unfold, balanced by toasted oak and vanilla. The sherry finish adds a velvety texture and subtle nuttiness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering fruit and spice.
 

Serving Suggestion: Best enjoyed neat or with a small splash of water to open up the sherry-driven aromas. Ideal with dark chocolate desserts or rich cheeses.
