1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from Liquor Junction. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.
2. Placing an Order
Placing an order is easy — simply select your preferred products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email that we’ve received your order.

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send another email or message with tracking details.
Liquor Junction reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, if stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified).
3. Prices & Payment
All prices on our website are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payments through:

Cash on Delivery or Collection – For orders within Accra (pre-arranged only)
Payments made online through our checkout are processed securely via encrypted gateways.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver across Accra and selected locations nationwide.

Free delivery is available for orders above GHS 500 within Accra.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

In some cases, proof of age or identity may be required at delivery.
Liquor Junction is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, strikes, or weather).
5. Collection Orders
If you choose to collect your order, please wait for our confirmation message before arriving.
Collections must be made during working hours from our designated pickup points.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within time of delivery at info@liquorjunctionghana.com.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or perishable items unless defective.
7. Gift Messages
We offer a personalized gift message service on most orders - perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or corporate gifting. Simply add your message during checkout.
8. Multiple Shipping Addresses
Currently, we can only ship each order to one address. To send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes, are valid only for online purchases during specified campaign periods. Each code can be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.
Liquor Junction reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
