Les Ormes de Cambras Chardonnay comes from carefully tended vineyards in southern France, where the Mediterranean climate allows grapes to achieve ideal ripeness. Vinification includes cool-temperature fermentation to preserve fruit character, with partial malolactic fermentation to enhance roundness.
Tasting Notes:
A pale straw-yellow color introduces aromas of tropical fruits pineapple, mango, and banana alongside hints of citrus and a delicate floral undertone. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and fresh, with flavors of melon, peach, and a subtle buttery note from the partial malolactic process. The finish is clean, crisp, and refreshing.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve at 10–12 °C with seafood, roast chicken, or creamy pasta dishes. It also pairs beautifully with soft cheeses and light salads.
