Origin & Production:
Cruz Special Reserve Porto is a premium fortified wine produced in the Douro Valley, Portugal, by the renowned Porto Cruz house, celebrated for its heritage and craftsmanship. Made from carefully selected red grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca, the wine undergoes traditional foot-treading and fermentation before being fortified with grape spirit to retain natural sweetness. It is then aged for several years in oak casks, allowing the flavors to mature and integrate while maintaining a rich, deep character.

Tasting Notes:
This Port showcases a deep ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cherries, interwoven with hints of vanilla, cocoa, and warm spice from oak aging. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, delivering layers of rich dark fruit, figs, and subtle caramel, balanced by fine tannins and a long, smooth finish.
