Origin & Production:
Produced in the sunny Languedoc region of southern France, Les Ormes de Cambras Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from carefully selected grapes grown in well-drained soils under Mediterranean warmth. The winemaking process includes traditional fermentation at controlled temperatures, followed by short maturation to soften tannins while preserving fruit purity.
Tasting Notes:
This wine displays a deep ruby-red hue with aromas of ripe blackcurrants, black cherries, and a subtle note of green pepper typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. Hints of cedar and soft spice round out the bouquet. On the palate, it offers medium body with flavors of cassis, dark plum, and a touch of vanilla. Balanced tannins provide structure, while fresh acidity gives it an elegant finish.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve at 16–18 °C with grilled red meats, lamb chops, or hearty pasta dishes. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, making it ideal for both casual dinners and formal occasions.
