Origin & Production:
Laville Pavillon Bordeaux Red is a refined French wine from the Bordeaux region, made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented traditionally, followed by maturation in oak barrels to enhance complexity and texture.
Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet in color, this Bordeaux offers aromas of ripe blackberries, plum, and hints of tobacco, complemented by delicate oak. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with flavors of dark fruits, cocoa, and a gentle earthy undertone. Medium tannins and lively acidity give it structure and longevity.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy at 16–18 °C alongside roast beef, duck confit, or mushroom-based dishes. It is also excellent with hard cheeses and charcuterie platters.
