Origin & Production:
From the prestigious Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, Château Tour Prignac is crafted primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine undergoes extended maceration and aging in French oak barrels, resulting in a rich and elegant expression of the terroir.
Tasting Notes:
This wine shows a deep ruby color and an aromatic bouquet of blackcurrant, blueberry, cedar, and subtle toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied with layers of ripe black fruit, spice, and earthy minerality. Firm yet refined tannins and balanced acidity give it excellent aging potential.
Serving Suggestion:
Best served at 16–18 °C with roasted meats, venison, or mature cheeses. Decanting for at least 30 minutes enhances its aromatic complexity.
