Origin & Production:
Crafted in Mexico’s Jalisco region, Clase Azul Plata is an ultra-premium tequila made from 100% organic blue Weber agave. The agave plants are hand-selected after 6–8 years of maturity and slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for 72 hours. The cooked agave is then milled, fermented with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled in copper pot stills, ensuring exceptional purity and flavor.
Tasting Notes:
The aroma bursts with fresh citrus, sweet agave, and hints of green herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and smooth, offering flavors of vanilla, tropical fruits, and subtle pepper spice. The finish is clean and slightly sweet, with a delicate mineral touch.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve neat in a tequila glass at room temperature to fully appreciate its complexity. It also shines in high-end cocktails such as a premium Margarita or Paloma. Pair with seafood ceviche, grilled shrimp, or fresh salads for a refined tasting experience.
